摘要
我是1994年被金先生免试招收到北大并跟随他攻读环境法专业博士学位的。此前我曾在武大法学院从事了9年的环境法研究工作。从攻读博士学位至今,我在先生身边学习和工作已有15年的时间了。这15年我对先生环境法研究和治学观的最大体会,就是先生善于从方法论的角度思考问题,用先生自己的话说:"方法就是世界。"
