摘要
雅克曼的《经济法》作为普及性百科图书,介绍了各国经济法并尝试为其定义。笔者试从经济法作用发挥的角度,对该书进行了新的解读。文章从经济法产生的经济基础和其独特的多元化调整方式两个角度出发,结合我国实际,尝试探讨了经济法在现实生活中是如何发挥作用的这一问题。
The book Economic Law introduces the economic law of different countries of and tries to define.This article from the base and diversification of the Economic Law,combined with the reality of our country,attemptes to look into how the economic law plays the role of this issue in real life.
