Inspiration and guiding is the process that old original concept is changed by calling up the students' inherent needs and form new concept.In the practice of ideological and political education,we can improve the actual effect of education by using these ways,including the need inspiration,the target inspiration,rewarding inspiration,punishing inspiration,the assessment inspiration,the model inspiration and respect inspiration.
