Tei指数评价糖尿病性心肌病病人心功能的研究

STUDY OF ASSESSING LEFT VENTRICULAR FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC CARDIOMYOPATHY BY TEI INDEX

摘要 目的:应用Tei指数评价糖尿病性心肌病病人左心功能变化。方法:对70例正常对照组,60例糖尿病性心肌病病人进行左室Tei指数、射血分数(EF)等指标的测定。结果:糖尿病性心肌病与正常组LVEF差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);而Tei指数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),差别具有显著性意义。结论:Tei指数可以很好地评价糖尿病性心肌病病人左心功能的损害,较之射血分数(EF)值更为敏感准确。 Objective:To assess the left ventricular function in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy by Tei index.Methods and Results: Left ventricular Tei index,ejection fraction and other indexes were calculated with Aloka a-10 ultrasonic system in 70 normal and 60 patients no significant difference between the two groups,but the Tei indices were much higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Tei index is more accurate and sensitive to assess the left ventricular function in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.
