摘要
近年来直肠癌治疗疗效已经显著提高,个体化综合治疗的规范应用,无论对提高其局部控制率还是保证病人的生活质量,都有着很重要的意义。术后/术前放化疗已经成为直肠癌的标准的辅助治疗并被广泛应用。本文回顾性分析比较最近的文献中直肠癌的这两种治疗方式。术前放化疗降低盆腔复发,提高生存并且不增加并发症和死亡率。
The treatment of rectal carcinoma has improved remarkable recently.It is an essential part of standard individualized multimodality treatment in order to reduce the rate of local recurrence and improve life quality of patients.The postoperative/preoperative radiochemotherapy have been the standard adjuvant therapy for patients and are widely used.The paper reviews the results of comparing the two strategies for rectal cancer management in the recently literatures.The preoperative radiochemotherapy provides low rates of pelvic recurrence with good survival rates in the results and entails no additional morbidity or mortality.
