摘要
[目的]探讨菊花水提取物、醇提取物对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化作用的影响。[方法]配置一系列不同浓度的菊花水提取物、醇提取物溶液,运用体外TBA比色法检测MDA的含量。[结果]在实验条件下,菊花各提取物对大鼠肝脏MDA含量有不同程度的降低作用。[结论]菊花各提取物对大鼠肝脏脂质过氧化具有不同程度的抑制作用。
[Objective] To explore the effect of extracted chrysanthemum water and extracted ethanol on liver lipid per- oxidation of rats. [Methods] A serious of different concentration solution of the extracted chrysanthemum water and extracted ethanol, and the content of Malonaldehyde (MDA) was determined by Thiobarbituric acid (TBA). [Results] The extracted chrysanthemum water could decrease the MDA content in rat’s liver under the experimental condition to some degree. [Con- clusion] The extracted Chrysanthemum has inhibitory effect on the LPO of rat’s liver to some degree.
