实验室比对中肠炎沙门菌和大肠埃希菌O157:H7的分离与鉴定

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF SALMONELLA ENTERITIDIS AND EHEC O157:H7 IN INNER-LABORATORY COMPARISONS

[目的]为了提高实验室检测结果的准确性和可比性。[方法]采用自动化细菌鉴定系统(ATB)进行实验室比对样品的检测。[结果]两份样品中检出肠炎沙门菌和大肠埃希菌O157︰H7。[结论]此次实验结果为满意结果。

[Objective] In order to enhance the accuracy and comparability of the laboratory testing results. [Methods] Automated identification of bacteria system (ATB) was performed to detected in inner-laboratory comparisons samples. [Re- sults] Salmonella enteritidis and EHEC O157︰H7 were detected from the two samples. [Conclusion] The results of this labo ratory testing were satisfying.
