摘要 针对卷烟行业工商协同营销的战略部署,结合红塔集团实际,给出了信息化实现的手段和方法,完成了工商双方"网上配货"的卷烟销售业务流程整合,实现了工商企业按存销比进行工商协同快速补货的机制,创新了烟草行业闭合链管理模式。 To explore the strategic deployment of industrial and commercial cooperative marketing in tobacco industry,means of realizing information process in consideration of the actual status of Hongta Group are proposed,and the proposed means are supposed to be able to complete the integration process of tobacco distribution in the Internet for industry and commerce and realize timely replenishment system according to the ratio of storage and sales.A management model is innovated for establishing closed chain in tobacco industry.
