摘要
采用ANSYS软件,按照实际的结构形式和约束条件建立有限元空间模型,对某改建后的高桩码头拟放置25 t和50 t门机的承载能力进行了有限元分析,获得了各种荷载作用下码头各构件的内力及群桩中的单桩桩力,并将这些结果进行荷载组合后与码头各构件的极限承载力进行了比较。结果表明,码头中的基桩和轨道梁均满足承载要求,但对横梁需作适当加固后才能安全使用。
By using software ANSYS,a finite element space model in the light of actual structural form and restraint conditions was established in this paper,and an analysis of the bearing load capacities of a re-constructed high-pile wharf to be laid with both a 25-t and a 50-t gantry cranes was performed.Then the internal forces of different components and pile force of individual pile in the cluster piles for the wharf under various loads were obtained and comparisons between these results were made,under the situation of different combination of loads and maximum intrinsic bearing load limits of different components of the wharf.The results show that the bearing load requirements for piles and track beams in the wharf can be satisfied,but the transverse beams must be strengthened in order to be used safely.
