摘要 目的 :探讨肩锁关节脱位的X线投照方法。 方法 :对 2 0例肩锁关节脱位患者采用肩部前后立位、应力位、部分内旋位X线投照方法。 结果 :2 0例肩锁关节脱位患者中 ,Ⅰ型 3例 ,占 15 % ;Ⅱ型 7例 ,占 35 % ;Ⅲ型 10例 ,占 5 0 %。 结论 :肩锁关节脱位以肩部前后立位、应力位X线投照法为主 ,Ⅲ型患者可用内旋位投照。 Objective:To explore new methods of X-ray photography for acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods :20 patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were examined with the position of shoulder frontal-back, internal rotation of the arm and partial inner revolve position respectively; Results:3 patients belonged to typeⅠdislocation, about 15%; 7 patients belonged to type Ⅱdislocation, about 35%; 10 patients belonged to type Ⅲ, about 50%; Conclusion:Patients with acromioclavicular dislocation were mostly diagnosed by the examine with the position of shoulder front-back and internal rotation of the arm, TypeⅢ dislocation could be found in partial inner revolve position.
