摘要
目的 :观察三种异种骨衍生材料移植早期兔外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 .方法 :用复合型完全脱蛋白骨 (CFDB)、部分脱蛋白骨 (PDPB)、部分脱钙骨 (PDCB)三种异种骨衍生材料修复兔桡骨节段性缺损 ,术后 1 ,2 ,4周取材 ,用流式细胞仪检测三种材料移植早期兔外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化 ,并通过常规组织学检测观察 4周时三种材料的成骨作用 ,以新鲜异种骨 (FXB)和空白缺损为对照 .结果 :三种材料移植后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD4/CD8值在各个阶段与空白对照组无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,与FXB组有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) .4周时组织形态观察可见新骨贴附三种材料向缺损方向生长 .结论 :三种材料移植早期未引起严重的免疫排斥反应 ,且不影响新骨形成 ,可望用于修复骨缺损 .
Objective:To analyze the change of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD4/CD8 ratio of rabbit in early period after transplantation of three kinds of xenogeneic bone derived materials.Methdos:Complicated fully deproteinised bone(CFDB),partially deproteinised bone(PDPB),partially decalcified bone(PDCB)were used to repair the segmental defect of the rabbits radii,Flow cytometry was used to study the change of Ilylymphocyte subsets of peripheral blood of the rabbit that in early period after 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks,and the osteogenesis were observed with histology after 4 weeks three xenogeneic bone derived materials being implanted,fresh xenogeneic bone(FXB)and empty defect were used as control.Results:The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets CD4/CD8 ratio of xenogeneic bone derived material groups had no significant difference with the empty contrast group(P>0.05),but has significant difference with FXB group(P<0.05)in all the stage.New bone formation adhesive to the material and grew toward defect after 4 weeks through histologic observation.Conclusions:Three kinds of xenogeneic bone derived materials didnt cause serious immunologic rejection in early period after transplantation;new bone formation was not affected,they could be used to repair bone defect.
