摘要
本文进行三峡工程库区形成大水位差港口码头装卸工艺设计的研究,针对港口水工结构与装卸设备如何适应三峡库区大水位差的装卸工艺,通过技术经济指标的对比分析,选择装卸作业效率高、成本低、技术先进可靠、安全节能的新设备与工艺,旨在极大地促进库区社会经济和水运事业可持续发展。
This paper focuses on the study of the desirable cargo handling practice in the wharfs with large water fluctuations in Three Gorges Reservoir area.The key question as for how to develop the marine structure and handling equipments suitable for the wharfs with large water fluctuations in Three Gorges Reservoir area is fully examined by comparing and analyzing the technical and economic indicators available.Such analysis leads to the suggestion of adopting the most efficient,and sophisticated equipments and practice with low costs,energy saving and safety in mind so as to facilitate the sustainable social economic and shipping industry development in Three Gorges Reservoir area.
