A New Interpretation on Urban Road Congestion

交通拥堵是世界性通病。拥堵的症结不在于缺路,功能布局,建设开发、资源配置、道路管理等方面的不和谐及一切与交通相关的城市元素都是影响交通的重要原因,只有合理解决"人流、车流、物流"与功能需要之间的矛盾,才能逐步走出交通拥堵的困境。

Road congestion is a common problem in the word.Lack of road is not the main reason.The disharmony of function layout,construction development,resource configuration and road management,as well as aspects related to urban transportation all are the important reasons.Only the contradiction between function requirement and goods flow,people flow and traffic flow are solved reasonably,the problem of road congestion can be reduced and disappeared finally.
