阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与心率变异性的关系

The Relation between Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome and the Heart Rate Variability

目的 :观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者与非阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的心率变异性(HRV) .方法 :用 2 4h动态心电图监测仪检测分析 3 5例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者 ,45例非阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的心率变异性 .结果 :阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征组较非阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征组HRV明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者HRV明显降低 ,HRV可作为筛选阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的指标 .

Objective:To study the relation of the heart rate variability between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and the non- obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Methods:24 hours ambulatory electrocardiography was used to determine the heart rate variability among 35 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome and 45 patients with non-obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.Results:The heart rate variability of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome was much lower than that of non-obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusions:The heart rate variability is one of the selected indexes for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
