湿式振动纤维栅除尘性能影响因素的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文根据影响除尘性能的因素,在静止湿式纤维栅理论研究的基础上,制作了两种不同材料和三种不同结构的纤维栅。采用实验的方法研究了水量、纤维栅的结构和纤维的物理性质对湿式振动纤维栅的除尘效率和过滤阻力的影响。在相同实验条件下,湿式振动纤维栅的除尘效率随着喷水量的增加而增加,但是喷水量的增加量与效率的提高是非线性的,综合考虑除尘效率的提高和喷水量之间的关系同时考虑经济性,确定了最佳喷水量为0.0263L/m3。纤维栅结构的变化是通过改变纤维栅中纤维纵横比来实现的。在纤维张力均匀度相同时,纤维的纵横比影响纤维栅的除尘效率,随着纤维的纵横比的减小,除尘效率增加。根据除尘效率和除尘阻力的要求,可以找到最佳纤维纵横比,本实验中最佳纵横比为800。纤维的物理性质也同样影响除尘效率,针对纤维的吸水性的研究发现在相同的实验条件下,纤维的吸水性高,除尘效率有所降低。 Two kinds of fiber grilles with different textures and three kinds with different structures were produced to study the influencing factors of performance of dust removal, based on the theory of static wet-type fiber grille. The impacts of water flow, physical property and structure of fiber grille on the efficiency of dust removal and filtration resistance were studied by experiment. The result shows that on the same experimental conditions, the efficiency increases with the increasing of the water flow, but the correlation is nonlinear. Through thorough consideration, the optimum water flow was decided to be 0.0263 L/m3. It is also found that when the uniformity degree of fiber stretching force is constant, the efficiency increases with the decrease of the ratio of transverse pitch and longitudinal pitch. The optimum ratio is deduced as 800 by experiment. The physical property also affects the efficiency. It is found that the efficiency decreases with the increase of suction ability.
