哈尔滨理工大学体育选项课探析

Research on the P.E.Elective Course in Harbin University of Science and Technology

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法等,在"淡化结果,重在健身,以认为本,重在实效"的指导思想下,对哈尔滨理工大学体育选项课进行探析。结果表明:确立正确的改革指导思想,加强教学的"软件"和"硬件"建设是改革取得成功的保证。

By using the methonds of doucmentary.Statistical survey and experimentation.By the idea of desalt the result,build the body and focus on the people,We research on the P.E.Elective Course in Harbin University of Science and Technology.The results show us that the base of succeed of P.E.course reform is determination of correct reform idea and perfection soft harware of teaching.
