跨栏跑起跨腿技术教学探究

针对在跨栏跑教学起跨腿技术安排比重不够,专门性练习比重相对较少等问题,提出应重视起跨腿的技术教学,适当调整教学比重、改革教学方法,以使学生跨栏跑技术得到协调、均衡发展,正确掌握跨栏跑技术并取得良好的学习效果。

Aiming at the questions of First Trailing Leg Teaching Now,For example,First Trailing Leg teaching play a little role in hurdling races teaching,Special haiing is not enough in hurdling races teaching.This paper show us that we should modulate,the rat of first trailing leg technique teaching in hurdling races teaching,Reformance the teaching method ect.So we can increase the hurling technique of students and Have a good teaching result.
