上海市高校网球教练员现状和对策研究

On the current situation and Countermeasures of Universities & Colleges Tennis Coachs in Shanghai

采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,对上海市高校网球队教练员的现状进行了分析研究,结果表明:上海市高校网球教练员队伍的年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次是合理的;没有指导高水平网球队训练的工作阅历以及训练比赛的实践经验不足是影响上海市高校网球队教练员业务能力提高的主要因素;缺乏有效的培训机制;缺乏对教练员合理的考核、评价体系。通过分析提出相应的对策。

Consulting the documents and materials,and using the methods of investigation and comparison,this paper analyses the present situation of tennis coaches in the regular higher educational institutions.The analysis draws the conclusion that most coaches' member business heart is strong,the age structure is reasonable,the educational background is well,but there are some problems among them such as short of practice experience and teaching the professional experience.Some strategies regarding these problems were put forward in the paper.
