摘要
通过比较5株白僵菌菌株的产孢量及对刚竹毒蛾的毒力,结果发现:Bgz06菌株的产孢量为(5.4±0.3)×10~8孢子·cm^(-2),室内测定对刚竹毒蛾幼虫的LT_(50)为5.6 d;用该菌株生产的粉剂进行林间防治试验,用量为22.5kg·hm^(-2)时,幼虫死亡率超过90%,僵虫率超过85%,说明Bgz06菌株是防治刚竹毒蛾的优良菌株,可以进一步进行推广应用。
The sporulation abilities and virulence of 5 strains of Beauveria bassiana against Pantana phyllostachysae were compared. The resulat sporulation ability of strain Bgz06 was(5.4±0.3)×10~8 spores·cm^(-2) and its LT_(50) against the larvae of P.phyllostachysae was 5.6d.Use its powder product at 22.5kg·hm^(-2) in the field,could cause a mortality of P.phyllostachysae larvae over 90%and an infection rate over 85%15d later.The results suggested that Bgz06 was highly virulent to P.phyllostachysae and could be served as a biocontrol agent for P.phyllostachysae.
