周期联合免疫抑制剂对cGVHD狼疮样小鼠单核细胞趋化蛋白-1的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨长春新碱(VCR)联合环磷酰胺(CTX)用药治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是否优于单用药;尿单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)水平能否反映SLE病情活动。方法建立慢性移植物抗宿主病(cGVHD)狼疮样小鼠模型,分为空白对照组、VCR间歇给药组、CTX间歇给药组、CTX隔日给药组、VCR+CTX联合间隔给药组给药,处死后检测其尿蛋白定量(24h),血清抗dsDNA滴度,血清、尿液及肾脏MCP-1含量,最后进行比较。结果VCR联合CTX间隔用药组疗效与CTX隔日用药组相当,优于VCR间隔用药组及CTX间隔用药组:尿MCP-1与尿蛋白定量(24h)含量及肾脏MCP-1表达具有相关性。结论VCR联合CTX间隔用药疗效明显优于单用药:VCR联合CTX间隔用药与CTX隔日给药疗效相当;尿MCP-1更能反应SLE的病情活动,有望成为监测SLE病情活动的新指标。
