摘要
加强军队民主政治建设是对马克思主义军队建设思想的重大发展。加强军队法制建设对于确认、保障和巩固军队民主政治建设的成果具有重要作用。加强军队民主政治建设必须坚持党的领导的根本价值准则和"打得赢"、"不变质"的根本价值取向。
To strengthen the Army's democratic politics construction is the important development of Marxism on army construction.Reinforcing the construction of the Army's legal system plays very important role in identifying,ensuring and consolidating the Army's democratic politics achievements.To strengthen the Army's democratic politics construction,the fundamental value principle that the Army should be led by the Party must be upheld and the value orientation-'to win when fighting' and 'never to deteriorate' must be adhered to.
