党的十七大报告将军队在新世纪新阶段的历史使命概括为"三个提供、一个发挥"。基于此,政工课教学要围绕军队有效履行新世纪新阶段历史使命来展开,在政治工作发展史、思想工作、组织工作等方面突出相关教学内容,为学员牢固树立"使命意识"提供坚实的思想基础和可靠的政治保证。

The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China summarized the historical mission of the Army as'three provides,one play'.Therefore,political work teaching should center on effectively fulfilling the historical mission of the Army in this new century and stage.political work teaching should highlight related teaching content in the aspects of developing history,ideological work and organization work of political work,aiming at providing a solid ideological basis and reliable political guarantee for cadets to firmly establish the sense of mission.
