摘要
知识经济的快速发展,使人力资源管理走向了以人的知识、智力、技能和实践创新能力为核心内容的"能本管理"。文章阐述了能本管理理念的含义,分析了能本管理理念提出的时代必然性和现实意义,提出了能本管理理念在现代人力资源管理中的具体应用措施。
With the rapid development of knowledge economy,human resource management is gradually moving towards the way of 'ability-based management',the core of which includes human knowledge,intelligence,skill and practical innovation ability.This article first elaborates the concept of ability-based management,and then analyzes the epochal necessity and current meaning of initiating such a concept,and the article also puts forward specific measures of ability-based management applied in morden human resources management.
