真菌性皮肤病是一种传染性极强的接触性人兽共患皮肤病,该病能给宠物和人类健康带来严重危害。迄今为止,宠物皮肤真菌病的检测仍以病原学方法为主。近年来,随着宠物皮肤真菌病免疫学和分子生物学研究的深入,其独特的优势显示了其在未来控制宠物皮肤真菌病中的诱人前景,为该病的诊断和防控带来了希望。该文就宠物皮肤真菌病的流行病学和诊断学等方面的研究进展做了综述,并指出了尚未解决的问题。

Fungal dermatopathy is a zoonotic skin disease that causes systemic infections in huaman and animals.In the past few years,with the development of immunology and molecular biology,its unique advantages demonstrated that there is a perspective in control,diagnosis and treatmen of fungal dermatopathy.The paper reviewed the progress on the epidemiology and diagnosis of pet's fungal dermatopathy,and pointed out unsettled problems.
