摘要
LED背光模组是LCD显示器件的重要部件之一,相比传统的冷阴极管CCFL背光,LED背光使液晶显示有较好的显示画质。采用一种将红绿色荧光粉按比例混合,在450nm左右蓝光激发下生成RGB三基色,从而获得白光LED。为了获得高质量的背光显示,采用多种荧光粉合成比例进行实验,最终通过比较形成的荧光粉膜层,用蓝光LED背光源激发以便获得较好的色彩显示、色温区域以及较高的能量转换效率。此种背光结构有益于LED组合的出光均匀性,同时可以简化LED背光结构。
LED backlight is one of the key components for LCD display which makes LCD obtain better vision quality than traditional CCFL backlight.Especially a layer patterned of red and green emitting phosphors were designed,then excited by blue led to emit tri-basic mixing color.For high backlight display quality,several film structures to compare measurements were made.According to experiments,the pastern splashing to form phosphors layer for receiving quite nicer backlight source was presented.This frame typically benefits for lighting uniformity,and provides pretty higher color render than traditional frame.Also it simplifies the back light unit,thus cut down the whole expenses.
