摘要
实验中制备了一种F16CuPc掺杂NPB薄膜,它作为空穴注入层相对于单纯的NPB薄膜对有机电致发光器件性能有所改善,在2000cd/m2下,第一个器件的效率是2.7cd/A,高于单独使用NPB薄膜器件得到的1.6cd/A。另外,复合薄膜的热稳定性强于单纯的NPB薄膜,这有利于提高有机电致发光器件的寿命。
A thin film,copper hexadecafluorophthalocyanine(F16CuPc)doped N,N'-di(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl benzidine(NPB),was fabricated and characterized.One organic light-emitting diode using such a composite film in hole injection exhibited the increased performance,as compared to the reference device using neat NPB in hole injection.For example,at a luminance of 2 000 cd/m2,the first device gives a current efficiency of 2.7 cd/A,higher than that of 1.6 cd/A obtained from the second device.Furthermore,the composite film shows thermally more stable than neat NPB thin film,which is useful for making organic light emitting diodes with a prolonged lifetime.
