浅谈发展中国家如何有效地履行国际海事组织公约及规章(英文)

How to implement IMO conventions and regulations effectively in developing countries

海上交通事故从来没有间断,据统计,很多事故发生的主要原因是一些国家没有效地履行国际海事组织公约及规章,特别是发展中国家。笔者结合工作实际,提出提高发展中国家有效地履行国际海事组织公约及规章的相关措施,为减少海上交通事故提供参考。

As we all know,the disasters or casualties on the ocean have never stopped.According to statistics,the inefficient implementation and adoption of these conventions and regulations by state parties,especially by those developing countries is probably the main reason lead to this problem.This paper discussed the relevant measures on how to implement IMO Conventions and Regulations effectively in developing countries in order to decrease the marine accidents.
