现代造船企业国外设备供应商评价指标和评价选择模型研究

Evaluation index and the model of estimation and selection for foreign marine equipment suppliers for modern shipbuilding industry

根据系统工程原理,采用德尔菲法甄选出国外设备供应商评价指标,以综合导航系统国外设备供应商评选为例,运用层次分析法建立供应商评价模型,并对其进行评价和选择的实证研究。利用科学量化的方法取代传统的以经验为主的供应商评选方法,为现代船舶企业由"粗放式"的采购管理向"精细化"的供应商管理提供借鉴。

Delphi method was used to select evaluation index for foreign marine equipment suppliers according to system engineering theory.Foreign equipment suppliers for integrated navigation system was selected as an example,and analytical hierarchy process(AHP) was used to establish evaluation model for suppliers,which gives reference to modern shipbuilding industry on supplier management.
