华新#5窑系统热工及技术评价

Thermal engineering and technical analysis of a new precalciner kiln system

通过对华新#5窑预分解窑系统热工工艺的分析,确定该窑系统技术特点和水平,并在此基础上,评价生产线和生产能力。与华新#4窑比较,由于窑系统主机设备和工艺参数的合理选择,华新#5窑各项技术指标已达到当今世界同类窑先进水平。

Through analysing thermal technique of the precalciner kiln system in the No.5 kiln of Huaxin Cement Co.,Ltd, technical properties and level of this kiln system were decided.And on base of the analysis, the line and its throughput were evaluated.By contrast with the No.4 kiln of Huaxin Co.,on account of adopting reasonable main equipments and technic parametres,the technic indices of the No.5 kiln reaches advanced international standard in generic kilns.
