摘要
本文介绍一种独特的先进测量系统,它能够提供一种以前没有测量过的参数——工业加热炉内空间气体温度。该系统的数据能够显示非平衡温度的空间分布。这些数据加上DCS(Distributed Control Systems)提供的数据,可以为工业加热炉提供显著的改进机会以及降低生产成本。
This paper introduces a unique advanced measurement system which can provide the parameter hasn't been measured before, that is, gas temperature in industrial heater combustion chamber. The data of this system can show the spatial distribution of non-equilibrium temperature, and with the data provided by DCS (Distributed Control Systems) can provide significant improvement opportunities and reduce production costs for industrialh eater.
