摘要
通过对山梨醇氢化高压反应釜搅拌功率特性和流动状态的试验,分析研究搅拌器几何参数和案卷位置对气、液、固三相物系的搅拌效果,确定反应釜的搅拌几何参数和搅拌操作参数,并提出了提高气体吸入和减少泡沫的结构措施。
Through the test on the agitation efficiency character and flow status of the sorbitol-hydrogenation high pressure reactor,we can analyze and research the agitation effect on the gas,liquid and solid misting status which results from the geometry parameter and the installation position of the agitator,then we can define the geometry parameter and the operation parameter of the reactor,we can also select a suitable structure to raise the suction of the gas and eliminate the foam.
