摘要
对聚氧化乙烯(PEO)为粘合剂硝酸酯增塑的高能推进剂配方力学性能进行了研究。研究了键合剂BS、交联剂JC、固化剂、粘合剂分子量和官能度等因素对推进剂力学性能的影响。结果表明,PEO粘合剂推进剂具有较好的力学性能,达到了20℃时σm≥0.7MPa,-40~70℃时εm≥70%。因此,PEO可用作硝酸酯增塑推进剂的粘合剂。
The mechanical properties of propellants formulation, which contained PEO binder and was plasticized by nitrate ester were studied. Effects of bonding agent BS, cross-linking agent JC, curing agent, binder molecular weight and functionality on mechanical properties of the propellants were studied. The PEO propellants formulation shows better mechanical properties with σm≥0.7 MPa at 20°C Εm≥70% at -40-70°C. Therefore, PEO can be used as the binder of nitrate ester plasticized propellants.
