摘要
分析和评价了现有的估算梯度功能材料(FGM)物性参数的几种方法,提出了实测法和复合法则法相结合估算FGM物性参数的方法———参数修正法,以及根据若干实测点推定物性参数的方法。用这些方法对新研制的碳陶梯度功能材料C/C/Al2O3的热导率和比热容进行了分析计算,并通过比较计算结果,找出了实用性和可操作性较强的方法。
Based on appraisal of several methods used to estimate the physical properties of functional gradient materials(FGM),the parameter correction method combining the measuring method with the law of compound average was put forward,and other method determining physical properties of FGM according to several measuring points was also obtained.The thermal conductivity and the specific heat capacity of a new C-ceramic material of FGM-C/C/Al_2O_3 were calculated .Through comparing the calculated results,it is shown that the methods have better practicability and disposibility.
