探讨目前最典型的船舶融资结构及相关法律文件,分析贷款银行所需考虑的法律与实践方面的问题,以及在实务操作中银行行使船舶抵押权时应当考虑的因素。
The article probed into the most typical ship financing structure and its related legislation documents,analyzed the legislation and practice questions and other factors taken into accounted by load banks when banks performed ship mortgage in the practical operation.
