Base on a second instance case for revising judgment,this paper discusses the application of discontinuance of limitation of time in maritime judicial practice.By comparative analyzing discontinuance of limitation of time in maritime litigation and common civil litigation,suggestions on precise understanding and application of limitation of time in maritime trial practice are put forth.
