宫腔填塞碘伏纱条治疗剖宫产术中大出血效果评析

The Evaluation and Analysis of the Effects of Tamponing Iodophor Gauze Strip in Uterine Cavity to Cure CS Massive Hemorrhage

目的探讨宫腔填塞碘伏纱条用于剖宫产手术中大出血的治疗效果。方法采用碘伏纱条填塞宫腔压迫止血,术后给予宫缩剂应用,24h经阴道取出纱条。结果87例剖宫产手术中大出血经宫腔填塞纱布,效果良好,无1例失败。未发生宫腔感染、伤口感染及远期产后大出血等。结论宫腔填塞碘伏纱条是一种简单易行、效果好、见效快、安全可靠的治疗剖宫产术中大出血的方法。既控制了出血,又保留了子宫,避免了产妇死亡。

Objective to discuss the effects of tamponing iodophor gauze strip in uterine cavity to cure CS massive hemorrhage.Methods tamponing iodophor gauze strip in uterine cavity to cure CS massive hemorrhage to stop bleeding by compression,using hysterotonics after the operation,extracting gauze strip per vaginam 20 hours later.Result 87 CS operations have been performed by tamponing gauze strip in uterine cavity to cure massive hemorrhage successfully with good results.There were no uterine cavity infection,wound infection and long-term postnatal massive hemorrhage.Conclusion Tamponing iodophor gauze strip in uterine cavity is an easy and effective way to cure CS massive hemorrhage which is secure and reliable.It controls bleeding,keeps uterine,thus avoids the death of parturient women.
