摘要
目的探讨手外伤后不良心理状态对手外伤交腹部皮瓣修复术后皮瓣成活率的影响。方法选择2004年5月至2008年5月佛山市中医院手外伤交腹部皮瓣修复术的患者66例。根据SCL90(症状自评量表)评分为不良心理状态组31例和对照组35例,比较两组的皮瓣成活率。结果不良心理状态皮瓣成活率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论不良心理状态可能对皮瓣成活率有一定影响。
Objective To study the relationship between emotional disorder and survival rate of skin vavle in patients with hand injury undergoing skin transplantation from abdomen.Methods 66 patients with hand injury undergoing skin transplantation from abdomen in Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Mar 2004 to Mar 2008.The cases were divided into 2groups:the experimental group(31 cases)suffered with emotional disorder negitive psychological factors and the comparitive group(35 cases)without emotional disorder according to SCL 90.To compare their survival rates of the skin vavle from abdomen statistically.Results The survival rates of skin valvle from abdomen of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the comparitive group(P<0.05).Conclusion There was close relation ship between emotional disorder and survival rate of skin vavle in patients with hand injury undergoing skin transplantation from abdomen.
