DRFS复位固定椎体间植骨融合治疗腰椎体滑脱症(附18例临床报道)

Preliminary Clinical Observation of the DRFS Repositioning Fixation and Interspinous Bone Grafting Fusion Technique in Treatment Patients with Lumbar Spondylolisthesis

目的探DRFS撑开复位系统及椎体间植骨融合在腰椎体滑脱症中的应用。方法对18例腰椎滑脱患者行DRFS手术,术后随访5～18个月。结果滑脱率术前平均35%,术后平均5%,植骨融合率94%,断钉1例;综合评价优良率94.5%。结论DRFS复位固定系统结构简单,操作方便,复位固定可靠。椎体间植骨融合用骨量少,取骨方便,融合率高。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of the DRFS bracing repositioning fixed system and interspinous bone grafting fusion technique in treatment patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis.Methods Eighteen case patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis were operative treatment using DRFS repositioning fixation and interspinous bone grafting fusion technique.The postoperative follow-up survey times 5～8 months.Results The showed that rates of olisthy of the lumbar vertebra body wasaverage35%inpreparationanddecreaseto5%inpostoperative.Theratesofthebonegraftingfusionwas94%.Thenailbreakingwasoccursin1casepatient.Synthetic review,the superior rate was 94.5%.Conclusions DRFS repositioning fixed system with these features that simple construction,convenience operation and reliable repositioningfixation.Also,theinterspinousbonegraftingfusiontechniqueinoperativetheboneusingquantitylittlerandconvenienceremovalbone.
