脂肪细胞因子—Visfatin与胰岛素抵抗

摘要 内脂素(Visfatin)是新发现的由内脏脂肪细胞分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,可结合并激活胰岛素受体的非胰岛素结合部位,激活胰岛素受体信号通路,从而模拟胰岛素作用,降低机体血糖。Visfatin还能够促进脂肪组织的分化,合成及积聚。Visfatin具有多种生物学效应。目前,有关Visfatin的研究尚存在较大争议,深入探讨其作用机制可能为进一步认识代谢性疾病的发病机制及临床防治提供一个新的思路。
