古代文献中消渴病的病变部位虽与五脏有关,但主要在脾肾二脏。概而言之,消渴病之病变关系到肺、胃、肾、脾等,但以脾肾虚为基础。本文通过分析了古代消渴病的主要病变部位及病机,可以为现代中医研究该类疾病提供了有价值的临床治疗依据。

Through the location of diabetes correlated with the five zang-organs,the spleen the kidney are more serious.Simply stated,the changes of diabetes are correlated to the lung.The stomach,the kidney and the spleen,but they are based on weakness of the spleen and kidney. Through the analyses of the major location and pathogenesis of diabetes,we can offer some useful basic materials of clinical treatment for the study about this kind of disease.
