摘要
介绍了 La 改性的 NaY 分子筛催化剂的制备方法,探索了此催化剂应用于脱除 5-叔丁基-1,2,3-三甲基苯中的叔丁基制取连三甲苯的催化作用效果。在控制反应温度400℃、进料速率为1 mL/min、进料量与进水量的比值为1.9的常压反应条件下,5-叔丁基-1,2,3-三甲基苯的转化率和连三甲苯的选择性均达90%以上。
The preparation process of NaY zeolite catalyst modified with La was introduced.The catalytic effects of the La-modified NaY zeolite in preparing hemimellitene from 5-tert-butly-1,2,3-trimethyl- benzene by dealkylation were investigated.The conversion and selectivity of more than 90% was obtained at atmospheric pressure when reaction temperature was controlled at 400℃,the feed rate was 1 mL/min,and the mass ratio of raw material to water was 1.9.
