On the Construction of Harmonius Relationship between Doctors and Patients from the Legal Application of a Medical Tangle Case

良好的医患关系是医疗单位开展医疗活动的基础,而当前造成医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的,既有政府方面的原因,又有患者和医生方面的原因,也有新闻媒体和法律方面的原因。发生医疗纠纷后应当通过正确适用法律以解决医患之间的矛盾。为了减少医患纠纷,应当完善相关法律法规,加强医生和患者的沟通和信任以建设和谐的医患关系。
