关于促进阳春市林业发展的思考

On How to Promote the Forestry Development in Yangchun

近年来,阳春市转变林业经营理念,实施林业分类经营,加大林业招商引资力度,大力发展非公有制林业,林业产业化经营初具规模,生态建设与产业建设齐头并进,森林资源快速增长,林业改革和发展取得了较好的成效。但也存在着森林资源管护难度增加,林地流转不规范等问题。为促进阳春市林业发展,巩固好林业生态县成果,建议成立林业产业发展领导小组,加大资源培育力度,加强森林资源管护、生态公益林的管理和山林纠纷调处的力度。

In recent years,with the change of forestry business philosophy,the implementation of the forestry classified management and great efforts people made to attract more investments and to develop non-public forestry industry,forestry industry management in Yangchun city begins to take its shape;the ecological and industrial construction is advancing side by side;forestry resources are increasing rapidly;and forestry reform and development have achieved fairly good effect. However,there are also some problems,such as the increasing difficulties in forest resources management and protection and the non-standardized circulation of woodlands.In order to promote the forestry development in Yangchun and consolidate the achievements of the ecological forestry county,I propose to establish a leading team for forestry industry development,make greater effort in resources cultivation,strengthen management and protection of forest resources and ecological forest,and increase the momentum on dispute mediation of wooded mountains.
