摘要
教师人格是指教师应具备的优良的情感及意志结构、合理的心理结构、稳定的道德意识和个体内在的行为倾向性。教师人格有民族性、科学性、时代性、职业性要求。塑造教师的人格要树立教师人格榜样,认同教师人格;培养教师人格评价能力,发挥教师人格影响;开展培养教师人格实践活动,努力完善教师人格。
Teacher’s personality refers to the good emotion and mind, rational psychological structure, stable moral consciousness and individual internal behavior intention that a teacher should be possessed with. A teacher’s personality requires the characters of nationality, science, time and profession. To form teacher’s personality, we should set the example of teacher’s personality and recognize it, develop the evaluation ability on teacher’s personality and bring its influence into full play. Besides, we should also launch the practical activities to cultivate the teacher’s personality and try to improve it.
