北京地区乳腺X线摄影现状调查

Investigation of Mammography-use Status in Beijing

目的针对目前北京地区乳腺X线摄影的使用情况进行调查,为政府决策部门提供调查技术资料。方法用NERO 8000型X线机输出评价系统和全套乳腺摄影质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)检测模体仪表和工具逐台检测,参照美国乳腺摄影质量标准法案(MQSA)、乳腺摄影质量控制手册"(ACR,美国放射学院)和欧共体乳腺摄影导则对检测结果进行评价。结果无论是CR、DR还是屏/片系统,目前北京地区乳腺X线摄影的受检者防护和成像性能合格率不高。结论医疗机构亟待解决放射影像QA、QC问题。

Objective To investigate the mammography-use status in Beijing and provide reliable data for government.Methods The X-ray instruments were tested according to MQSA、ACR and EUR16260EN by using model8000 X-ray testing system and the whole QA、QC phantom instruments.Results The qualified rate of X-ray instruments(including computed radiography,digital X-ray photography and screen-film system)was not high.Conclusion Quality control is highly-needed.
