解毒消疹汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

目的观察解毒消疹汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将临床筛选的67例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用阿昔洛韦静点治疗;治疗组加用解毒消疹汤治疗,5d为1个疗程。观察两组的临床总有效率及热退、手足止疱、口腔溃疡愈合时间及总疗程。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,且在热退、手足止疱、口腔溃疡愈合时间及总疗程方面明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒消疹汤联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗效更满意。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Soup of detoxicating and slaking rashes combined with Acyclovir on children with hand foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods 67 cases patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group(34 patients)were treated with Soup of detoxicating and slaking rashes combined with Acyclovir,and the control group(33patients)were treated with Acyciovir.Five days for one period of treatment.Results The total efective rate was 94.12%in the treatment group and 72.73%in the control group(P<0.05),The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than in the control group and the treatment period was shorten(P<0.05), Conclusions Soup ofdetoxicating and slaking rashes combined with Acyclovir is effective for treatment of HFMD and worthwhile suitable for clinical use.
