湿温病发热的治疗探讨

Study on Therapeutic Effect of The Fever by The Shiwen Disease

目的探讨中医辩证施治湿温病发热的疗效。方法对28例经常规西医西药治疗效果不佳的呼吸道感染发热患者,用中药甘露消毒丹加减治疗,每天1剂,服2～4d。结果25例患者症状和体征消失,3例患者经静脉滴注生脉注射液2d,症状和体征基本消失,均恢复工作和学习。结论中医中药在治疗湿温病方面比西医西药效果显著,尤其是在退热方面。

Objective To studies the therapeutic effect that diagnosis and treatmcnt based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition of Chinese medicine on fever of Shiwen disease.Methods The western medicine treated the 28 cases of fever by respiratory tract fictions,but therapeutic effect is not well.The cases had been treated by Granlu disinfect pellet.Result The 25 cases of Shiwen patients had recoved.The 3 cases of Shiwen patients had been treated by Shengrnai injection.They had also recoved.Conclusion Chinese medicine is effective than the western medicine on the treatment of fever by Shiwen disease.
