健脾通窍丸对AR模型大鼠血清总IgE、IL-4含量的影响

目的探讨健脾通窍丸治疗治疗变应性鼻炎的作用机制。方法按参考文献复制变应性鼻炎大鼠模型,观察健脾通窍丸对大鼠鼻部症状、血清总IgE、IL-4含量的影响。结果健脾通窍丸对大鼠鼻部症状有明显的抑制作用,能显著降低总IgE、IL-4值,与模型组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01);治疗组与阳性对照组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论健脾通窍丸对变应性鼻炎具有治疗作用,其作用机制与抑制血清总IgE、IL-4值的产生有关。

Objective To explore the Jianpi Tongqiao pill treatment of allergic rhinitis treatment mechanism.Methods According to the reference copy of allergic rhinitis rats were observed for the rat Jianpi Tongqiao pill nasal symptoms,serum total IgE,IL-4 content.Results Rats on the Jianpi Tongqiao pill nasal symptoms significantly inhibited to a significant reduction in total IgE,IL-4 value,compared with the model group, the difference was significant(P<0.01);in the treatment group and the positive control group,No significant difference(P>0.05 ).Conclusion Jianpi Tongqiao pill for the treatment of allergic rhinitis have a role and mechanism of inhibition of serum total IgE,IL-4 production-related value.
