改良术治疗环状混合痔的疗效观察

目的探讨改良术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效;方法从2005年以来,对384例环形混合痔进行齿形分段剥扎术治疗研究,治疗上予中西医结合治疗。结果384例环形混合痔在用中西医结合齿形分段剥扎术后,62例有滴血现象,经对症治疗痊愈,28例排尿不畅,给予泌尿灵后即缓解。结论环形混合痔术后均未发现复发及后遗症。
