考察社会组织,特别是异地社会组织在城市发展中的作用是当前学界日益关注的一个问题。本文从特定历史背景条件出发,通过对山东旅津同乡会各项规章制度以及社会活动的分析,从而说明山东旅津同乡会逐步实现了从狭隘地域组织向现代社会组织的过渡。

It's more and more important to research into the function of social organization,especially the non-local social organization in the city development.Based on the particular historical background,this paper describes the Shandong People Association's transition from narrow region organization to modern social organization on the basis of debating the regulations and social activities.
